Community Service Practices
The Community Service Practices course is designed to instill a sense of social responsibility in teacher candidates, both theoretically and practically, while fostering skills in collaboration, solidarity, effective communication, and self-assessment during the application process. This mandatory course is held for a total of 3 hours per week, with 1 hour of theory and 2 hours of practice, accounting for 2 credits. Students who take this course:
Are sensitive to local issues and generate solutions.
Are sensitive to global issues and generate solutions.
Actively participate in solving both local and global issues.
Create new projects addressing local and global issues.
Take an active role in new projects addressing local and global issues, working collaboratively.
Communicate effectively both within and outside of projects.
Participate in scientific events such as panels, conferences, congresses, and symposiums as attendees, speakers, or organizers.
Develop self-assessment skills.
Utilize creative thinking skills in all these activities.
